Cosmetic trends come and go, but some products can really stand the test of time. Whether it’s your all-time favourite skin moisturiser or can’t-live-without perfume, we all have beauty bag staples we’ve fallen in love with over and over again. Therefore, further in this article, I will share with you one brand that I started using in May 2018 and since then it has become one of my favourites – Environ
Skin Essential AVST Moisturiser 1
First I will start with the moisturiser which is really essential for me as I have dry to medium-dry skin type. I have been using Environ since May 2019 and my skin started to glow after the first month of using it. In the beginning, the moisturiser can stimulate a breakout but do not worry, this is only temporarily and soon after you will start seeing the amazing results it will do on your skin.
The AVST 1 moisturiser helps to normalise and to improve the effects of the skin’s natural moisture levels. It promotes an improvement in the appearance of fine lines and normalises the appearance of skin discolouration resulting in a more even-looking skin tone. It also minimises the visible signs of ageing and sun damage and of course supports healthy-looking skin.
However, please note that the AVST moisturisers are part of a step-up program consisting of a series of combined serums and moisturisers. The regime increases its active ingredients of vitamins and antioxidants from the lowest concentrations (AVST 1) to the highest (AVST 5) and therefore it is recommended as repeat purchase only so that results can be seen.

I started using AVST 1 as it is the first level you should start with and then gradually build up your skin’s tolerance to vitamin A. After my skin was acclimatised to AVST 1 (used 1-2 bottles), I proceeded to AVST 2 (1-2 bottles) and as soon as I finish the second bottle of AVST Level 2, I will get Level 3. However, before, choosing this product Environ recommends discussing this with your dermatologist as there are different series of Environ products which might be more suitable for your skin type.
Environ Focus Care Comfort + Colostrum Gel
Environ Focus Care Comfort + Colostrum gel totally changed my skin look. It is incredibly effective for both very sensitive, reactive skin as mine. Тhe product helps to strengthen and thicken the skin and stimulates the collagen and thicken the skin. However, in order to further boost my collagen production, I started takin Coconut collagen vitamins.
I started applying this product in order to normalise my skin breakouts which appeared when I began using AVST 1. A few weeks later I saw immediate results and my skin started to glow as this product did not only strengthen my skin but also stimulated healing, repairing effect.
I would definitely recommend this product as it is worth it. I do not like changing products too often or trying new ones as my skin is really sensitive, however, this one did wonders to my skin. I apply the product twice a day during my morning and evening routine. Please note that you do not need a prescription from a dermatologist to get this product.
Environ Youth EssentiA Eye Gel
Since I got the other products, I started using as well Environ Vita-Peptide Eye gel which is part of the Youth EssentiA. This eye gel contains essential vitamins, antioxidants and specially selected peptides for use on the delicate and sensitive eye area. It helps to hydrate the skin and to minimise the appearance of fine lines, helping skin to look younger for longer. At the same time, it helps to improve sun-damaged skin cells and enhances the effects of the skin’s natural sun protectors, giving skin a radiant glow.
I apply the product twice a day and again it is part of mine morning and evening routine. This way it reduces the appearance of fine lines, giving the skin a smoother appearance during the day. As most of the Environ products, this one also contains a form of vitamin E which is an effective antioxidant that enhances the effects of the skin’s natural sun protectors.
Taking care of your skin is essential and protecting it from the sun is another essential part which cannot be negligent. Environ RAD sunscreen is a cream ideal for thorough sun protection. The sun filters and sun reflectance contained in this product provide an SPF 15 while natural antioxidant vitamins increase sun protection and fight free-radicals.
Chemical sunscreens are only effective for two-three hours after application. They absorb UV rays during this time, but once they stop working they turn into free radicals which react with DNA cells, increasing the visible signs of ageing and the risk of skin cancer. It’s therefore important to keep reapplying regularly. Therefore, I try to apply this cream every two hours if I am outside and every 6 hours if I do not go out. This is my favourite of all Environ Products that I have been used.
Environ Youth EssentiA Intense Cleaning Lotion
As I previously said my skin is sensitive and dry. Therefore, all the products that I use should moisturise it including the cleaning lotion. Environ Intense Cleaning lotion contains a highly effective moisturiser that assists in rehydrating the skin and helps to calm the appearance of redness, leaving skin looking and feeling silky soft. Leaves the skin feeling refreshed, soft and supple. I include this product in my evening and morning routine before applying all products mentioned above.
