- What are presets?
Presets are a set of pre-saved settings that we have fine-tuned to achieve our signature look in one click using Lightroom. This helps you save time when editing new pictures and it can help you get the same look without spending months on learning everything from scratch. Lightroom Presets can dramatically speed up your workflow and give your Instagram photos a professional look. We use Adobe Lightroom to edit our Instagram and blog photos.
- What’s the difference between Desktop and Mobile presets?
There are two versions of the Lightroom editing software – a Desktop software and a mobile app. The Desktop version is what we use most of the time – it is a powerful program that gives you a lot of control but you need to pay a subscription fee (9.98GBP/month) to download and use it. The Mobile Lightroom app is free and you can download it from the app store. Desktop presets don’t work with the mobile app and vice versa. That’s why we offer our presets in both versions.

- What camera and lens do you use?

- What is the difference between RAW and JPEG? Will the presets work with both?
RAW and JPEG are two different file formats in which you can shoot pictures. Most professional cameras have the option to shoot in either one and you can set that in-camera. RAW files are the uncompressed images of all the light and colour information your camera sensor captured a the time of the shooting, which you can later edit in Lightroom to get the most of your shot. On the other hand, JPEG is processed and compressed at the time of shooting in-camera, which loses a lot of the information in favour of smaller file size. You can convert a RAW picture into JPEG later but you can’t convert a JPEG to RAW.
- What is included in each pack?
Our All in One pack includes both Natural Glow (Best New Tones) and Favourite Patterns (Colourful Travel Bestseller Pack). Included in this bundle are our most recent Presets that we have created: All 44 presets For Mobile and Desktop – 12 Mobile and 12 Desktop unique presets that will help you to add that professional touch to your photos and 10 Mobile & 10 Desktop presets that will enhance the colours, and give your photos a realistic look. - Where can I apply those Presets?
You can apply those presets on any kind of image including food, lifestyle, fashion, nature etc. – our collections have it all. Go through the description of each pack to find out what would they be suitable for.
Please note that each image is different due to the lighting, camera settings, camera brands, lenses, etc. Therefore some preset might not work on each images, however, we designed the pack so that at least 1 preset would work for almost any photo. You will still be able to create amazing pictures with just a few adjustments using Lightroom.
- Are your Preset Packs suitable for my needs?
Victoria Christoph All in One Pack includes all the presets we have designed and customised until now. Within this bundle are different presets which would be used for any situation you could think of including dark or bright photos, beachy or moody photos, cloudy or sunny etc. If you would like to go for an affordable option then you can consider buying Natural Glow or Favourite Patterns as separate packs. If you prefer to shoot indoors or you’re not particularly a fan of the outdoor environment, then they might not be suitable for your needs.
If you don’t have time to take photos on a DSLR camera then transfer them to your laptop to edit, then export your photos to post on social media. Some people cannot afford to spend a lot of money on expensive equipment, but still want beautiful photos, then this is the best solution. Our Packs will also give you the ability to edit your photos wherever you are while saving you the time learning how to edit perfectly using Lightroom.
- Which Phone device should I use to see results?
Results will be great with any iPhone model 7 or higher, newer Samsung/Huawei models. However, we have not yet tested other mobile brands!
- How your presets will be sent to me?
The preset pack will be sent to you by email immediately after the payment. Mobile presets can be downloaded directly to your phone through the order confirmation page and email. Desktop presets come in a ZIP format and needs to be downloaded on a desktop computer. Make sure you have updated Lightroom on your Desktop to the most recent version, these preset files will only upload with the new 2018 Lightroom Update.
- Do you have any Before & After Photos?
You can have a look at our Instagram page @victoriachristophpresets where we share Before & After photos as well as different tutorials on how to edit your photo content. Also, make sure you tag us and use #victoriachristophpresets when you purchase so that we can see your photos and feature them on our profile.
Will I get the exact same look if I buy your presets?
There are many factors that will determine your end result, and some might be out of your control. For instance, the sky might change colours based on the time of day you shoot while at the same time skin tones and hair colours can vary a lot leading to a completely different look if you shoot in direct sunlight, in the shade or indoors. In addition, the camera used, lens and settings can also affect the photo quality and final variant. But if you have learned how to make a few basic adjustments, you can solve those issues as long as you are using a DSLR and shooting in RAW format. We recommend you shoot and edit in RAW to get the most out of our presets but if you prefer to edit in JPEG, that’s still fine as long as you shoot with a good camera and have the full size files.
- Do you accept returns?
Due to the fact presets are digital goods and cannot be returned, we are unable to issue refunds.
