How to get there?
You can reach Lighthouse Resort and Spa from Varna Airport via a shuttle which can be organized prior to your stay in the hotel. You can find pure relaxation there as the hotel is tremendous and when getting a private apartment you can also enjoy your breakfast and dinner without even leaving your suite. This is what we did.

The hotel also offers romantic packages which will make your stay even more unforgettable. The package is for two and includes 1 romantic dinner served in the room with a bottle of wine. 1 Breakfast on the following day served in the room. However, an advance booking of the Romance package is required at least 24 hours. We ordered ours when making the booking online.

You can get a package consisting of three green fees or 18 Holes at Cape Kaliakra Golf Destination courses – one of which is at Lighthouse (Ian Woosnam), one at Thracian Cliffs (Gary Player Signature) including golf transfers Usage of golf buggy & one at BlackSeaRama (Gary Player), all including driving range, trolley and golf transfers. On the other hand, if you are still learning, the golf lessons with a certified trainer would be best for you. The ideal add-on for your steps in Golf! We had a 25 min golf lesson with a Pro and we definitely improved our game! What is more, we got Special rate with 15% off than rate available when booked on-site!
The apartment
Our Hotel Room (or rather Apartament) was a Panorama Pool Appartament. The resort only has very spacious private apartments which are located quite far away from each other. Hence, you get the feeling of having the resort by yourself. All apartments are quite modern. Most of them are based on the top floor of the hotel with a view of the sea. In addition, you can also take advantage of a private pool on the terrace, while enjoying the sunrise and sunset from the spacious veranda. In addition, as the bathroom has panoramic windows, you can watch the sunset from the comfortable bath while relaxing.
Lighthouse also offers luxurious rooms, suites and penthouses, some of which offer private pools. They all feature modern equipment, air conditioning and a balcony. We stayed in Penthouse Amana with a private pool. Some of the features included a private infinity pool with sunbeds and luxurious seating area, panoramic sea and golf course view, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, a modern bathtub with a nice panoramic view and a huge working space where we did some work while staying there.
The Spa
The use of the spa facilities including a Finnish sauna, a Turkish bath, a hot tub and a fitness centre are available free of charge for the hotel guests, as well as heated indoor pool with mineral water and an outdoor pool. We also took advantage of the spa, where Lily took care of us, creating a relaxing atmosphere while we were enjoying the massages.
The Food
The Food at Lighthouse was also excellent! It was very healthy and there was a good selection of International dishes! We also really loved the Sunsets which can be seen from the specious balcony overlooking the whole Golf Course! You should definitely watch it from one of the comfy sunbeds based on the because they offer the best sunset views ?
